It's actually a security program which I use to protect my identity and web connection, but it also gives me access to a private network of secure proxies as well. I use those proxies to watch things like BBC Iplayer when I'm abroad and Hulu, ABC and Pandora outside the US.

It's an excellent product and pretty reasonable.
